Ghana striker Caleb Ekuban is hoping to get back to his old form in the second half of the season.
The Trabzonspor forward missed majority of the first half of the campaign through injury.
His return from injury has seen him struggle to hit his strides but the ex-Chievo Verona attacker is confident of returning to top form next year.
“I have not yet reached my old form," he told gunebakis.com.tr. I will continue my goals by completing the deficiencies in the half-time camp."
Ekuban was out for 91 days but returned to the team two weeks ago and has scored once, in the Turkish Cup game against Altay.
He played a cameo role in Trabzospor big win against Kayserispor on Sunday and believes his side will be much stronger in the second round.
"I believe we will be much better in the second half. I will do my best to work hard for myself and get back to my old form ”.
