Turkish side Istanbul BaÅŸakÅŸehir are reported to have rejected an offer from Fulham for Ghana defender Joseph Attamah Larweh.
The 24-year-old is set to leave the club after struggling for game time this season.
Attamah has played just five league matches and wants more game time to save his career.
Reports in the England say Claudio Ranieri has targeted the versatile Ghana international to bolster his squad in their relegation fight.
Attamah can play as a centre back, defensive midfielder and also as a right back.
