Flamengo star Joao Gomes has reacted to his possible transfer to the Premier League giants Liverpool.
Gomes was reportedly linked with the move to Liverpool for the last two transfer windows.
After Erik ten Hag’s arrival, Manchester United were also among the teams interested in the player’s services.
Amid the clubs’ interest, Gomes has opened up on his future and claimed playing in the Champions League is his “biggest dream”.
He said, via ESPN Brazil: “Liverpool are a team I’d play for. I have the greatest desire to play.
“Playing in the Champions League is my biggest dream and that of my family, my biggest dream in football.”
