The revenues were boosted by record-high sales of the new Adidas kits and return to the Champions League after skipping the previous season.

Manchester United expect the overall revenue for 2015 to be between £500 million and £510 million. If the сlub exceeds £500 million, it will surpass a record high.

After match day 12, the United are fourth in the table, two points behind its rival Manchester City. They are also heading the Champions League Group B after four fixtures.

In July 2014, Manchester United reached a record £750 million accord with Adidas. The contract with the kit manufacturer was signed for 10 seasons.

Among other noteworthy agreements in Quarter 3 are a licensing deal with South Korean footwear brand Sbenu and Russian bookmaker Marathon Bet. Overall, Manchester United have sealed four deals with sponsors this quarter.
