Rico Lewis has sent a social media message to Manchester City fans following the club’s win over Sevilla.
The Citizens celebrated a 3 – 1 victory over the Spanish side in the Champions League group stage game on Wednesday.
Lewis scored one of the winning goals for his team along with his teammates Julian Alvarez and Riyad Mahrez.
After the match, the 17-year-old took to Instagram to share his excitement.
“Words can’t describe the feeling,” he wrote.
“First start and goal for this amazing club, I won’t forget this day for the rest of my life, can’t thank the fans enough, amazing as usual.”
