Roger Federer sends message to Novak Djokovic following Roland Garros win
Novak Djokovic became Roland Garros winner on Sunday as he celebrated a victory over Casper Ruud in the final.
With the win, Djokovic became the first male tennis player to win 23 Grand Slams.
Tennis legend Roger Federer has now spoken out on Djokovic’s achievement.
“Novak won 23 & looks like he’s gonna keep doing that for a long time, which is great. I wish him all the best. The way he’s doing it.. he isn’t the youngest anymore.. but he does it in a young way, but it’s not easy..I couldn’t have been more happy,” said Federer via The i.
