Black Maidens will face Guinea in the third round of qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in April.

Ghana advanced to this stage by defeating Senegal 4-0 on aggregate in the previous round, and they are heavily favoured to defeat the Guineans.

The winner of the tie will progress to the final qualifying round.

The first leg will be held in Conakry on April 16, with Ghana hosting the return leg a week later.

The team has been training at the Ghana Football Association's (GFA) technical centre in Prampram.

The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup is slated for India in October this year.
