U20 AFCON: Black Satellites depart Ghana for Mauritania today

Ghana U20 team will leave Accra for Mauritania on Saturday for the U20 Africa Cup of Nations which kicks off this weekend.

The Black Satellites have been camping for almost a month with preparations for the African youth football tournament.

They have played a series of friendly games.

Ghana secured a spot to the tournament after winning the WAFU Zone B U20 championship in December 2020 in Benin.

The Black Satellites are paired in Group C alongside Tanzania, Morocco as well as Gambia.

Abdul Karim Zito and his boys will open their accounts against Tanzania on Tuesday 16 February 2021 at the Stade Municipal de Nouadhibou.
