Ghana’s Black Princesses will face Ethiopia in the final qualifying round for the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup.
The fourth round saw Black Princesses, who are regulars at the World Cup, claim a convincing 7-1 aggregate victory over Uganda.
They will play Ethiopia on March 12 in Addis Ababa with the second leg tie fixed for March 26, 2022, in Ghana. The winner over two legs will take one of Africa’s two spots at the World Cup.
The Black Princesses have made it to every FIFA U-20 World Cup since 2002.
Two African representatives will emerge from the final round of the African qualifiers with the other slot to be decided between Senegal and Nigeria.
The biennial tournament will see 16 nations compete for the ultimate trophy in Costa Rica in August 2022.
