Turkish super lig runners up Trabzonspor have entered the race for Ghana international Bernard Mensah, who is also on the radar of giants Galatasaray and Besiktas.

Trabzonspor are looking at beefing their squad ahead of next season's UEFA Champions League after earning a qualification spot.

Kayserispor want 3.8 million Euros for their star midfielder, as they look for funds to defray debts accumulated as a result of the impact of COVID-19 on their finances.

Meanwhile, Trabzonspor are ready to offer the relegated club 2 million Euros, as part of initial negotiations for the 25-year old.

Bernard Mensah enjoyed a stellar campaign with the Red and Yellows, netting five times and creating eight assists.

His impressive displays in the Super Lig has also seen him attract interest from Galatasray, Besiktas and Fenerbache.

Besiktas have already seen an initial offer of money and three youth players turned down by the Kayseri based club.

The ex-Atletico Madrid player is eager to leave the club.
