Withdrawal

I did a withdrawal on the 6th of July 2024 and it’s almost 3weeks now that I waiting for my money everybody in the chatting room say use this reference number for feedback everytime they give me new reference numbers…
And I’m sorry for inconvenience there is nothing that they can do they will send it through to the withdrawal agencys and I did not receive any 6digit pin only 10 reference number..so i ask for a reversal on the 8th of July and still nothing happend.
