Here’s a list of bookmakers who are licensed in Estonia.

The Gambling Commission of Estonia was formed in 2010 and is operating under the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. In February 2010 a new gambling law was adopted, and local online gambling operators started obtaining licenses. In January 2011 Estonia opened its gambling market to foreign (offshore) operators, provided that they would get licenses from the Estonian authority and will be based in the country. Subsequently, this condition was abolished in 2012. The Gambling Commission of Estonia on the basis of the Gabling Act and the Gambling Tax Act issues licenses of two types: perpetual license and temporary license (valid for 5 years). Estonia blocks access to foreign, unlicensed bookmakers’ sites for Estonian citizens.
