The Super Eagles of Ghana are gearing up for their showdown against the Black Stars of Ghana in the 2025 Unity Cup.

In a post on the X on Friday, May 23, the Super Eagles rallied fans to get ready for the regrouping of the national team next week.

The Unity Cup is making a return after almost two decades. The tournament will begin with the Caribbean derby between Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago on May 27.

The following day at the Gtech, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will battle the Black Stars of Ghana, with the winners of the two matches meeting in the final on May 31, 2025.

Ahead of the showdown between the West African rivals, Nigeria coach Eric Chelle has paraded a new-look Super Eagles side that does not include star forward Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen.

Despite the exclusion of the two attacking sensations, Nigeria will still present a qualify squad at the Unity Cup.
