Veteran trainer JE Sarpong does not expects Sellas Tetteh to make wholesome changes to his Black Satellites squad ahead of the 2013 FIFA Under-20 World Youth Championship in Turkey.

The Ghanaians were beaten to the title last Saturday, losing to the lottery of penalties against Egypt in Oran, Algeria.

It’s highly believed the former Rwanda coach could tinker with his squad ahead of the World showpiece in June with players who failed to perform likely to be shown the exit.

But the ex-Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics coach wants few changes to be made to the squad.

“I don’t think he should really change his squad. Look all the players who went there did well,” Sarpong said

“Sometimes players simply fail to shine in one tournament but it doesn’t mean they will repeat such performances at different competitions.

“He needs time with these boys and I tell you we’ll be unbeatable. The players are talented and needs time to jell.

“There is no need to totally overhaul the team with just few months for the World Cup. Yes, one or two players can be brought in to augment the squad.

“But I don’t believe in totally changing most of the players.

The Black Satellites have been drawn in the group of ‘death’ where they will face youth giants Spain, France and US.
