VIDEO: Arsenal star Thomas Partey tells Eddie Nketiah to choose Ghana over England

Ghana ace Thomas Partey has urged English-born Eddie Nketiah to make a decision on his international future by choosing the African country. 

Nketiah has represented the Three Lions at the junior levels but he is yet to get a look at by England manager Gareth Southgate.

And despite his hat-trick exploits for Arsenal in midweek against Sunderland, his England future has remains uncertain.

Thomas Partey, who watched the 22-year excel in the EFL Cup in midweek told the young forward is time to play for Ghana.

"Yeah, now you’re ready for Ghana," said Partey in a video.

 

Nketiah has played for England at the U18, 19, 20 and U21. This season, Nketiah has netted five goals in three EFL Cup matches.

"I'm eager to play football, I'm here under contract and as long as I play for Arsenal I will give it my all. If the manager needs me I will be ready to help the team," said Nketiah after his hat-trick.

"This competition is where I have been getting starts, whenever I'm asked to play I will do my best and help the team. I'm ready when the manager needs me."
