Ghana forward Asamoah Gyan trained with his new side on Tuesday ahead of the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The all-time leading top scorer for the Black Stars joined the Ghana Premier League side in a deal worth over $1 million according to his agent.
The former Sunderland hitman joined his new teammates for training on Tuesday as preparations continue ahead of the league start.
He was welcomed by club captain Fatau Dauda who says he is ready to relinquish his armband as a sign of respect to the former Ghana captain.

The 33-year old also met Legon Cities coach Goran Barjaktarevic for the first time since joining the club.

Asamoah Gyan is hoping to be fit in time to make his debut for Legon Cities when they begin their league campaign against Berekum Chelsea when the season commences on November 14.
Asamoah Gyan, who scored his nation’s first-ever World Cup goal in 2006, is Ghana’s most-capped player and all-time top scorer, having made 106 appearances and racked up 51 strikes.
With six goals, he also stands as Africa’s all-time top scorer at the World Cup after shattering Roger Milla of Cameroon‘s record at the 2014 global showpiece in Brazil.
