Ghanaian forward, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah scored a brace for SC Kriens in their 3-1 win over Xamax FC on Saturday in the opening fixture of the 2020/21 Swiss Challenge League.
The 23-year old scored the first goal of the game in the 31st minute with a spectacular bicycle kick from a rebound.
Liridon Muraj increase the lead for the home side six minutes later with a pinpoint finish before the break.
Raphaël Nuzzolo after the break scored a penalty to reduce the deficit for the visitors who were struggling in the match.
Abubakar got his brace in through the penalty spot on the 70th-minute mark to secure the win for his side in the opening fixture.
