Malian Referee Gaoussou Kane gifted Mauritania side FC Nouadhbou a penalty which led to their equalizer against Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko in the first leg of CAF Champions League preliminary round.
Asante Kotoko had taken the lead in the opening minutes of the game through Osman Ibrahim.
Referee Gaoussou Kane performed magic for the home side as he awarded a penalty after the ball strike the tummy of Kotoko defender while his hands were at his back.

The game ended 1-1 after regulation time.
Asante Kotoko will host the Mauritania champions in the reverse fixture in a week's time at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
