The former Fremad Amager scored his second goal of the season for his club in the ongoing campaign.
The 21-year-old scored in the 70th minute to put the home side in front after he was set up by Brazilian midfielder Marquinhos.
Guinean defender Pa Konate doubled the advantage for Botev five minutes from the full-time.
The visitors got their consolation in the additional minutes of the match through Aleksandar Tsvetkov.
