The 24-year-old hit a long ball from outside the centre circle and it flew like missile over and above the goalkeeper into the net.
That 57th minute jaw-dropping goal cancelled out Martin Miller's 18th minute opener in the Meistriliiga.
It was Agyiri's second league goal of the season in 11 matches this season.
