Video: German newspapers hail Vorsah heroics

German newspapers are full of praise for Ghana international defender Isaac Vorsah after his goal propelled the club to the top of the Bundesliga over the weekend.

Hoffenheim are joint early leaders with Kaiserslautern after Vorsah poked in a late goal on Saturday night that gave them a 1-0 win at newcomers St Pauli.

Vorsah has been in magnificent form for club and country and his performances for the Bundesliga side was hailed by the newspaper in the country.

Respected newspaper ‘Der Spiegel’ roared “Vorsah shoots Hoffenheim to the top while football newspaper ‘Kicker’’s headline read: “Late Hoffenheim win thanks to Vorsah”.

Other newspapers like Welt, Bild and Frankfurter Allgemeine also reported on the heroics of the tall defender.

Vorsah will join the Black Stars on Monday in South Africa to prepare for their 2012 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Swaziland on 5 September.
