Ghana FA Executive Committee member Kurt Okraku has explained why home-based Ghanaian players fail to attract huge transfer figures right from the local league insisting they need international platforms to raise their market.

According to the Dreams FC Executive Chairman, Ghana does not lack quality players but lack the right platform to hit the world market.

He argues that the top European market will not pay encouraging figures for the best talent from the local scene but will be eager to pay huge sums for the same player if he appears on an international platform like the AFCON or World Cup.
