Ghana youth international Kingsley Fobi was on target for third-tier side Badajoz who eliminated Eibar from the Copa del Rey on Thursday night.
The right back sublimely finished off a move in the eighth minute to open the scoring at home.
Badajoz doubled their lead through Alex Corredera before Eibar stormed back to reduce the deficit through Charles.
Pablo Vazquez scored to re-instate their two-goal lead.
