Former Ghana youth star Prosper Kasim clinched victory for Birmingham Legion by scoring the only goal in their win against Atlanta FC II.
Legion beat Atlanta II at the BBVA Field on Saturday night in the USL Championship.
Kasim, back in the starting lineup for the first time since 19 July 2020 due an injury scored the pivotal goal for the home side on the stroke of halftime.
Midfielder Eli Crognale found the Ghanaian in the middle of the field, and Kasim took his space and unleashed an inch perfect shot into the bottom right corner for his first goal of the season.
The former Ghana U20 star has featured four games in the USL Championship this season with one assist and one goal to his credit.
