Ghana international Antoine Semenyo scored a crucial penalty to help AFC Bournemouth secure a 2-0 victory over Everton in the English FA Cup round 4.
Semenyo was in top form on Saturday, converting a penalty in the 22nd minute after winning the spot kick himself.
The goal gave Bournemouth a 1-0 lead, and they doubled their advantage before halftime after Daniel Jebbison capitalised on a mistake by Everton captain James Tarkowski.
The victory ensured Bournemouth's qualification to the round 5 of the FA Cup competitions this season. Semenyo has been in impressive form this season, scoring nine goals and providing four assists from 26 games across competitions.
