The Brighton right-back has made a quick return from injury and is enjoying his football at the moment.
The 21-year made his return from injury for the first time in nine months for Brighton in the Carabao Cup against Swansea City in September.
The former Chelsea academy graduate was introduced into the game after the half-time break replacing Pascal Gross.
Lamptey talks about his career, his long injury period, and whether to play for the Three Lions or switch nationality.
