Ghana striker Caleb Ekuban scored and set up another when he returned from a two-month injury layfoff to help Trabzonspor defeat Altay in the Turkish Cup on Thursday night.
The Black Stars attacker scored ther second goal and set up the third goal for Sturridge as they ran out 4-1 winners in the match.
They progressed 6-2 on aggregate in the Cup match.
