Hearts of Oak have increased the rank of foreign imports at the club with the signing of Ivorian Eric Dizan.
The winger was officially announced to the public on Monday, 20 April, 2020 after signing a three-year contract.
The 26-year-old moved on a free transfer.
He has previously played for Ivorian top-flight side Stade Abidjan, Ivoire Académie Abidjan and RC Bettié.
Last month, the Phobians signed Niger international Abdourahamane Mamane Lawali.
