Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey played one of his best games in the national team colors against Nigeria in the 2022 World Cup playoff second leg.
The Arsenal midfielder was criticized after his performance in the first leg played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The 28-year-old lifted up his performance in the second leg and scored the all important goal which qualified Ghana to its fourth World Cup.
The former Atletico Madrid midfielder scored in the 10th minute with a drive to give Ghana the lead in the game.
Partey showed glimpses of his performance at club side with Arsenal in this game against the Super Eagles.
