The weekend's crunch match between rivals, Venomous Vipers and Eleven Wise in the Division One League has been postponed indefinitely.

Both sides were scheduled to play their Zone 2 B match-day-8 fixture at the closed Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast on Saturday 14th April, 2012.

But the Division One League Board has called off the fixture due to the temporary closure of the grounds by the Ghana Football Association and informed both clubs as such.

"The Division One League Board wishes to inform you that the GFA has directed the 8th week match between Vipers and Eleven Wise scheduled to have been played on Saturday 14th April, 2012 at Cape Coast has been postponed indefinitely pending the determination of the case of alleged misconduct against Ebusua Dwarfs.

"A new date would be communicated to you in due course."

Eleven Wise sit top of the standings in the zone while Vipers are rooted bottom of the eight-team table after seven matches.
