Ghana and Vitoria Guimaraes midfielder Joseph Amoah is contuining his hip injury recovery at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Amoah has not played for Vitoria Guimaraes since suffering the injury in their Europa League big win against Latvian side Ventspils last year.

He was replaced after just 6 minutes in the clock after sustaining an injury to his right hip, with joint damage and rupture of the acetabular labrum.

The 25-year-old has completed a long period of recovery against the injury setback.

Amoah is continuing the recovery at home to finalize the plans that the medical and technical bodies have assigned to him for these last days of rehabilitation.

Guimaraes players have been placed under a 14-day isolation due to the novel coronavirus scare.
