Wa All Stars captain turns attention to Inter Allies; forgets 'painful' Bechem defeat
Captain Hafiz Adams has called on his Wa All Stars teammates to put loss at Bechem United behind them and focus on Sunday’s fixture against Inter Allies.
The unbeaten run of the Ghana Premier League leaders was halted on Wednesday in a 2-1 defeat at Nana Gyeabour Park.
But they will have the chance to return to win column this weekend when Inter Allies visit.
Adams said: "It's rather unfortunate what happened today. We [All Stars] are very disappointed we lost first game. It's very painful to take.
“But the team has to go back and prepare adequately for next game which is on Sunday. Hopefully we win."
