Ghana Premier League side WAFA fell to a surprise defeat to second-tier side Tema Youth in a pre-season friendly.
The match played on Wednesday ended 1-0 in favor of the Tema-based club.
Youngster Emmanuel grabbed the only goal as WAFA could not find the back of the net despite a majority of possession.
Both teams used the friendly to test theit readiness for the upcoming season.
The season will commence with Ghana Premier league on November 14. WAFA will open their account at home against King Faisal.
