Ghana Premier League side West Africa Football Academy will host Division One side Pure Joy FC in a friendly on Wednesday at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope.
The Academy Boys have began preparations ahead of the return of football in the country with a series of friendlies outlined for the club.
The team will take on the stubborn division one side in a bid to keep their players in shape for the Normalisation Committee Special Committee.
The Special Competition is set to return after it was earlier cancelled following reluctance from premier league clubs.
WAFA had a phenomenal campaign two seasons ago where they came close to winning the trophy only to be beaten to it by Aduana Stars.
