WAFA SC captain Gideon Waja is impressed with the club's early form in the Ghana Premier League.

The Academy Boys have won one match, one defeat and two draws in four matches and have outstanding match against Wa All Stars.

The Sogakope-based boys put up an impressive performance to draw 0-0 with Great Olympics in Accra last Sunday and the midfield ace added their season is on course.

''So far so good, things have been going well, although we wish we had better results than what we are getting now,'' he told the media.

''I am very happy with our performance but there is more work to be done, we need to keep on fighting.

''We always go into every game with the mentality to win and so we will put in more effort.''
