WAFA SC have promoted assistant coach Akakpo Patron to lead the academy side in the Ghana Premier League.
The Sogakope-based side have been without head coach John Killa who left after the first round.
Patron, a former Asante Kotoko striker, will be in-charge for Sunday’s match against AshantiGold at the WAFA Stadium.
He will be assisted by the academy’s youth team coach Sadiq Abubakar.
