WAFA SC stepped up their preparations of the start of the league with a 5-0 win over Sogakope-based Roberto FC 5-0 on Saturday in a friendly.
Captain Martin Antwi scored two goals and a strike each from Abdul Wahab Ibrahim, Ibrahim Tanko and substitute Justice Aaron Amartey.
The match forms part of the first team’s preparations for the start of the 2016 Ghana Premier League.
The Academy Boys will face Asante Kotoko on Saturday 20 February in the season opener.
