Newly-promoted Wassaman FC will finalize a deal for veteran coach Herbert Addo and assistant coach Ben Zola by mid-week.

The duo was in-charge of Aduana Stars which won the Ghana Premier League for the 2009/2010 season.

But were bizarrely sacked by the Dormaa-based side at the end of the season.

Karim Zito a member of the consortium managing the club told Kumasi-based Angel FM.

''My boss Kurt Okraku has been asked to manage Wassaman under the auspices of PROTO consult which i am a member. I am not the coach but we have been able to secure Herbert Addo and Ben Zola to take charge of the club technically ,i was very instrumental in getting him for the club."

Wassaman's league debut will be against Heart of Lions at Kpando on 9 October.
