Chelsea loanee Nathan Ake is reportedly eager to return to Stamford Bridge this summer after an eye-catching loan spell at Watford.
Ake has made 23 appearances in all competitions for the Hornets this campaign and has played a key role in ensuring the promoted club maintain their Premier League status come season's end.
However, the Dutch U-21 international admitted he is eager to return to Chelsea and prove himself at the Blues.
"Of course, I would like to return to Chelsea," Ake told the official KNVB website.
"But it is important for a player of my age to get regular playing time. Things have been going pretty well this season. I am getting plenty of game time and I really feel like I am improving as a player.
"Let's see how the season ends with Watford and then we can start thinking about the future."
