Sparta Prague coach, Vaclav Kotal says his team is constantly working to build the confidence of Ghanaian International Benjamin Tetteh.
The 22-year old has been inconsistent with his performance for the club this season with coach Kotal attributing it to lack of confidence.
In the game against Zlin, Tetteh was praised by the coach for his performance.
Speaking to reporters after the derby on the progress made by Benjamin Tetteh on his confidence he said, “We are constantly working on his self-confidence.
"It was a great pity with ZlÃn, but I criticized him for taking the ball, he could do it more to the right, not to the player who crossed it, and to record Hložek, who would finish.
"It is a player who does not hear anything but scores a good performance. We know what we want of him and we will see how it will continue. ”.
“That's for a longer debate ... He's pretty well equipped. When he gets the pass to the basement, it's okay. Rather, he needs them to run, into space, he can cover his balloon with his body, he is strong. We are working on some style of play, I still don't like a lot of foot passes instead of the player that is offered to avoid fights. When you are moving, it is harder for your opponent to defend you. ”
Tetteh has made 22 appearances for Sparta Prague this season and has scored six goals.
