We were not able to control the midfield - Kotoko Coach Prosper Ogum admits after Bechem United draw

Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Ogum has acknowledged that his team struggled to control the midfield in their 1-1 draw with Bechem United.

The result saw Kotoko drop crucial points in the title race.

"We were not able to control the middle of the park," Ogum said, adding that this lack of control put pressure on the team.

Bechem United took the lead through Darlvin Yeboah, but Kotoko equalized from the penalty spot through Albert Amoah.

Ogum also expressed uncertainty about whether fatigue was a factor in his team's performance, stating, "I don't know whether it is fatigue but before the game I engaged them and they were all okay physically, mentally they were all okay."

Kotoko will look to bounce back in their next match against Accra Lions on April 16.
