West Ham United are in advanced talks with Turkish champions Besiktas over the signing of winger Gokhan Tore, Sky Sports report. Tore, who has previously spent two years at Chelsea, has worked with current Hammers boss Slaven Bilic before - given the Croatian managed Besiktas before moving to London last summer.
