WEST HAM - Lanzini signs 4-year deal

West Ham United have confirmed that 23-year old Manuel Lanzini has completed a permanent move to the club by signing a 4-year deal at Upton Park.

The midfielder had been on loan from UAE club Al Jazira this season and the deal ensures the player will stay with the club beyond that. Lanzini has recently returned to full fitness and scored a stunning 20 yard strike against Chelsea, in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge, on Saturday.

The deal includes an option of an additional two years and is reportedly worth around £9m. Jack Sullivan - the son of West Ham joint-chairman David Sullivan - confirmed the news on Twitter.

He wrote, 'Lanzini is a WHU player for the next 4 seasons, with a further 2 year option.'
