Winfred Dormon praises Dreams FC's 'solid performance' in victory over Medeama SC

Dreams FC assistant coach Winfred Dormon has lauded his side's solid performance after halting Medeama SC's unbeaten start to the season.

The 'Still Believe' lads stopped Medeama SC at the Dawu Theatre of Dreams after inflicting on them their first defeat of the season following a 1-0 victory on Sunday.

Issah Ibrahim's sixth minute goal ensured the Dawu based side returned to winning ways after the midweek defeat in Berekum.

"Solid team performance and results from the lads over Medeama. Started very well, scored early and an improved game management. Back to winning ways on the road," he posted on Twitter after the game.

Dreams FC's goalkeeper Peter Sarkodie was the hero of the game after his impressive display denied Medeama's top striker Prince Opoku Agyeman from earning a point for the visitors.

Opoku Agyeman came close twice in the second half but Sarkodie was equal to the task.

Dreams FC will next travel to Cape Coast to face Ebusua Dwarfs on Match day 6 of the Ghana Premier League.
