Winger Helegbe wants calm Kotoko approach

Asante Kotoko winger Michael Helegbe says the Porcupine Warriors will adopt a 'calm' approach for their top-liner against Medeama on Sunday.

Kotoko are facing their biggest test yet of the season as they travel to Tarkwa to face league leaders Medeama at the T&A Park.

After picking up their first win of the season in a 2-0 win over Berekum Arsenal at the Baba Yara Stadium, Didi Dramani's side are fired up to maintain their form.

However local Black Stars attacker Helegbe who scored the opener in the win over Arsenal, wants his team-mates to remain calm ahead of the game.

"We are taking it as one of the normal games and we are all focused and alert to take the maximum points at stake to boost our confidence for the title chase," the former Liberty Profs. captain told Ghanasoccernet.com.

The champions are fifth and must win to narrow the gap at the top of the table.
