Wycombe missed the chance to climb out of the Championship relegation zone in a drab scoreless draw with Huddersfield Town.
Neither side could muster an effort on target before the interval, although the Terriers could easily have gone ahead in the closing stages when Naby Sarr poked an effort onto the post from Isaac Mbenza's fine cross.
The hosts, who stay third from bottom but move level with Coventry on nine points, posed more threat after the break,.
Substitute Daryl Horgan missed their best chance when he turned sharply in the box, but he could not get his strike on target.
But Huddersfield, who remain in 16th spot, continued to dominate possession and have the better of what few chances were on offer.
The lively Mbenza provided the away side's best opportunity, forcing a fine block from goal keeper Ryan Allsop, who also twice denied Danny Ward in the closing stages.

The Terriers edged an uneventful first half. Adama Diakhaby fired an early effort narrowly wide but that was about the peak of the excitement until Sarr hit the post.
The resumption saw the same pattern, with the visitors marginally on top.
Substitute Richard Stearman forced keeper Allsop to make a decent save from a low 20-yard strike and Mbenza curled an effort just over the bar.
But the first league meeting between the sides since January 2012 ended in a stalemate - the third league draw for each this season.
