Ghana striker Yahaya Mohammed has dedicated his man of the match award after the quarter-final win over DR Congo on Sunday to his nine-month old son.
The Asante Kotoko strongman was quick to devoted the award- his second of the tournament to Nurudeen Ali Yahaya.
“I am happy for the award but most importantly happy for the team win,†Yahaya told GHANASoccernet.com
“I will like to dedicate the personal award to my little boy Nurudeen Ali Yahaya.â€
Yahaya’s performance at the tournament is said to have attracted interest from South African top-flight sides.
