Bofoakwa Tano Chief Executive Officer, Yaw Boateng Gyan has been invited by the Ghana Football Association(GFA) Ethics Committee for making serious influence peddling allegation against Dreams FC.

The Division One League club boss, last month, claimed on a radio interview that the club’s former player, Andres Apau was dropped from the country's Under-20 team, Black Satellites because he snubbed Dreams FC for Asante Kotoko.

He revealed the highly-rated defender was being pursued by several clubs including Dreams FC but his club Bofoakwa Tano decided to sell him to Kotoko.

And that decision has cost the boy a place in the Black Satellites team as they were preparing for the WAFU tournament.

According to the former Black Stars management committee member, Apau was sent home by some senior figures of the team, who have strong ties with the Ghanaian top-flight club.

His comments was not taken lightly by Dreams FC, who reported him to GFA. The local football governing body has responded to Dreams by dragging Yaw Boateng Gyan to the Ethics Committee.
