Ghanaian midfielder Yaw Yeboah is reportedly nearing a move to Polish side Wisla Kraków.

Yeboah spent last season on loan at La Liga side Celta Vigo from Segunda Division outfit Numancia last season.

He has returned to Numancia where he has just one year on his contract.

Reports suggest the 22-year-old could soon move to another top-tier club in the ongoing transfer market.

The former Manchester City player is said to have reached an advanced stage of negotiation with Polish giants Wisla Kraków

He made 29 appearances and scored five goals for the second team of Celta Vigo.

Yeboah previously played for the youth team of Manchester City, Lille, FC Twente as well as Real Oviedo.
