Ghanaain atttacker Samuel Afum is in line to return to action for Swiss Super League side Young Boys Bern after returning to full scale training on Monday.
The former Ghana Premier League golden shoe winner joined his team-mates to train for the first time since December after undergoing a knee surgery.
Though the 24-year-old is not likely to be included in the Young Boys squad for their home tie against FC Thun, manager Uli Forte will be delighted with his return.
Young Boys have dropped down from the summit of the league table to third place and they will be pushing themselves up the ladder gain and the former Hearts of Oak man is expected to play a key role.
Afum has scored once in 12 league games this season.
